:: Beware the rever of Epa! ::
So today has thus far been an uneventful day. I woke up at 7:56, 4 minutes before my alarm, and I remembered to turn it off today. I went out to the kitchen to eat some honey nut cheerios for breakfast only to discover that Jessie and I have some uninvited guests. Despite the fact that I conducted genetic studies on fruit flies in high school, I was not pleased to see the swarm of them surrounding the mound of dishes and pop cans in our kitchen. But, seeing as how I was too tired and too lazy to take care of it, and as I was far too excited to see "Benny and Joon," I went into the living room and ignored the swarm of red and white eyed, straight and curly winged insects and enjoyed my breakfast.
The movie was as magical as I first remembered it, only for some reason it didn't strike me to be quite as charming as "Danny Deckchair," a cute romantic comedy I picked up at Family Video last night. Any movie where a man flies away in a deckchair tied to massive helium ballons wins in my book, especially since the balloons were yellow.
I then sat around for a while, playing games, and listening to music, and then took a shower. I then tried to read my schoolbooks, but was constantly reminded that my 9th grade biology project followed me to Grandville so I finally decided to clean up the kitchen. I must say, fruit flies move pretty slow and are quite easy to kill. I should probably wash my hands before I eat anything. It's amazing how no matter how many fruit flies you kill, more just keep coming. I hope they didn't lay any eggs.
